...which of course can only mean one thing...Another attempt to get that summer beach body we all want for our holidays. This time I want it to be different though, I want to make a gradual lifestyle change and hopefull lose a few pounds without attempting(and failing miserably) one of those fad diets that don't last. For the past month I've been facing the inevitability that I'll be moving from home, and I do not want to take a freezer full of processed habits with me! I've always had an interest in cooking, apart from the ever-so-important physical part of it, and this year I wanted to make a change. I took the absence of my parents for the last week an excuse to start experimenting with meals I like and basically just flaking a load o food that doesnt mix together on a plate- 'jus cause I can, and they are the plain jane old flavours that I like!
ON THAT NOTE: A college update...I GOT IN! I am now a University of Ulster fashion design student come september!
